I worked many years as an exercise physiologist and director of a few cardiac rehabilitation programs before getting my Chiropractic degree. One thing I learned fairly quickly during that time is that what I thought was common sense about health and heart health in particular, really was not so common.
Jeff had to be pleased to be a portion of the U.S. Olympic members in Beijing at the age of almost 41. However, Jeff was not 4 inches long from making the finals which had to be a little disappointing. The most effective vault he did in Beijing for the Olympics was 18 feet, 2 inches and it took 18 feet, 6 inches for 12 of the 38 challengers to make the final round of jumping. With the 2012 Olympics planned for London just 4 years away, it will be nice to see if Jeff might have one more appearance. With an elite athlete"s desire to keep on competing and Chiropractic services available to him, only time will tell.

I have seen it over the years of my practice that kids who receive regular chiropractic care have fewer illnesses and have a greater sense of well being. This implies a joyful child who has a calm manner and sleeps well. These are kids who do well in school and learn fast. Several of the brutal drugs including antibiotics and Ritalin are never needed. Nor are invasive surgeries including fitting ear tubes or having tonsils removed.
JJ: I yearn to play with Adam in Neil LaBute"s The Shape of Things. The range of emotions shown by this poor guy is immeasurable. I also expect to play any male character in Death of a Salesman (my favored play), Ken in Red, Boolie in Driving Miss Daisy, and Amos in Chicago. Really, I really could go on eternally. There are so many functions that are great out there!
The very first step is likely quite clear, but just in case: stretch. In my case it wasn"t my lower back that was angry but my center back. This place is a little harder to stretch than the neck or low back. There is a simple rule of thumb to find what moves cause malady, and in a controlled way, go in that direction as far as you can. The more you do this the further you will be able to go and this will help work out the muscles.
Keep your bearing in mind in the least times. When you type, have a straight back, both feet on the earth with one a bit in front, and both your elbows at the sides of your body. Avoid looking downwards at your computer screen or craning your neck for a better view.
