This past weekend, we found ourselves with a fairly large snowfall. I composed in a previous post, there are ways to start preventing getting low back pain from shoveling out your driveway/pavement. However; this weekend I was shoveling my own driveway and followed my own directions and still ended up with a pretty good bout of pain in my lower midsection back. We have found that it"s as what game we choose to play but it is our time that counts. I suppose we could play with Twister together but after a couple of trips to the chiropractor after a game we would probably put that game away for good. Choosing a game needed to be something comfortable for all members of the family. The game could not be so complicated that younger members would get upset or frustrated. The game had to be advanced enough for adults also. We found our assortment of games to choose from and I hope your family finds a nice collection too.
