In simple fact, hidden anxieties to the backbone- what people refer to as "poor backlinks in the chain"- can be flying underneath the radar right until a function like what I am going to share with you happens.

Abbreviations - If you are audited, don"t count on a chiropractor reviewing your records who"ll understand what "PR L" or "ASRA" or even "Sublux" means. For that matter, even a non-chiropractor may have problem with nonspecific abbreviations like "PT." Did you send the individual for part time or Physical Therapy work? The auditor is not going to attempt to interpret your abbreviations, particularly when there isn"t a key present that clarifies their patient. An excellent SOAP note with one abbreviation that is unidentifiable can make you fail your audit. So, make sure you are spelling it out definitely (another edge to EMR, push the button and the word comes out!) or that you supply a key that clearly interprets all your abbreviations.
I did also during my 25 years running a super-successful multi-doctor chiropractic office. As I look back now, I wish I would have done even more. Using coupons or offering discounts like Groupon are helpful but there is far more to the narrative that you have to understand. Get these right before you embark on any complex marketing efforts. These produce long term gains.

I can"t really help to think that everything I have now: my practice, my house, my great friends, my wonderful patients and notably my wife and kids, is all because of that phone call I received from my pal about the cheap airfare to Minnesota.

Talk show host Rush Limbaugh if a young caller knew the secret to success was once inquired by he. Rush answered "You can not go wrong by focusing on becoming an excellent communicator no matter what field you enter." Develop a unique brand that improves you message. Afterward link that brand into all that you do to advertise yourself.
Do not self-destruct your practice with hoopla. Put a strong marketing plan with multiple flows of patients into action in order to attain your desired outcome. Nothing better than proven strategies and approaches, while you "analyze" new ones.
